Este disco incluirá canciones inspiradas en el juego de Kojima Productions. La descarga digital del álbum viene incluida en las ediciones especial y coleccionista del juego.
El primer tema que se ha publicado es "Death Stranding" de CHVRCHES, que será el tema que cierre el juego.
Death Stranding saldrá el 8 de noviembre en Playstation 4.
